Setting boundaries is very important for different aspects of life. No matter what areas you set boundaries in, they should be helpful and rightful for your life. Physical boundaries are most commonly witnessed, whether it is with family, friends, colleagues, or strangers. It is absolutely okay to say 'No' if a person is not comfortable.  At the same time, creating boundaries out of fear, depression, or unnecessary wrong emotions like hatred will cause harm to the person and disappointment to people around the person.  It is good to have healthy boundaries.
