We start our career post 1-2 years of joining a job. I am saying this because during the initially stages of starting to work, a student he will not have the clarity of what he should expect as a career or what is expected out of him. As soon as one leaves college, most of the students think of independency, get good money and high designation. Finally, having a fun life with friends, parties and pubs. I don’t think a person gains the seriousness of career for 1-2 years. As soon as the employee begins to understand the seriousness, he should start thinking in a broader aspect whether it is about skills, designation, money, achievements. Also, it should be clear that job should not be made routine and mundane and there has to be a career value, that is when he starts protecting job relevance. Thank you.
